Cassie has spent the past 15 years working as a licensed colon hydrotherapist in New York City. She was trained in the Wood’s gravity method and relies on it for its consistency, gentleness, and effectiveness. She combines technical skill, intuition, and a solid grounding in gut health, nutrition, and overall wellness. Clients leave with clear direction and practical insight. Cassie originally earned a B.A. in Mathematics and planned to become an actuary. That path shifted after she came across a book on diet and wellness, which pushed her into deeper study of health and nutrition. She redirected her career toward nutritional healing and gastronomy. Her training includes SUNY Albany, the Wood’s Hygienic Institute, the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, and additional credentials in nutrition and plant-based medicine from Cornell University.
