Park Slope Colonics

A colonic, or colon hydrotherapy, is a gentle cleansing of the colon using warm, purified water. In this practice, the Gravity Method is used, allowing water to flow naturally under gravity for a steady, pressure-free experience. This approach avoids mechanical force. Water moves in and out continuously, with the outflow directed into the sewage system to maintain cleanliness throughout the session. All treatments are provided one-on-one. The session includes focused abdominal massage to support the release of accumulated waste.
